The doors of perception - heaven and, in this case, no hell :-) When I was much younger, one of my mentors berated me for describing something as perfect. "Nothing is perfect," he intoned with ponderous wisdom. What hogwash. If nothing is perfect, then how come the word exists in our language? I have an answer for that...the word "perfect" exists to describe masterly photographs like this. This is a work of perception, balance, sensitivity, composition and colour. No artist with a brush, palette and easel could do better than this elegant picture.
