Finally after more than two weeks (see pic on 2/2/07) our mourning dove has hatched one of her eggs. The date was Feb. 13th.

    • How sweet! We had a mourning dove build a nest in the gutter on our house one spring. A very strange place for a bird's nest, but if I remember correctly, I think about 3 of them hatched out safely. Can't wait for spring baby birds around here. Hugs, Sharon
