POTD 11.29.09 Some of the most beautiful scenery I've encountered was while driving the open roads of British Columbia Canada. This stretch of highway is just outside of Merritt, a small town renowned for it's Merritt Mountain Music Festival which is Canada's largest Country Music Festival held every July. Featured artists this year (2008) include The Judds, Sara Evans, Dierks Bentley, The Wilkinsons, Hank Williams Jr. & Sugarland.
