The US Government wants to know how to build UFOs. Unfortunately, the Aliens want something in return for their advanced a thousand years ahead technology, so, they both made a pact agreement. The US Government can get access to know how to build UFOs and the Aliens can have something in return - to get to pick, at random, anyone on Earth and abduct people into UFOs and the Aliens can do anything they want to do with the abdcuctees and this goes on everyday. Every month, over 200 people on Earth are abducted into UFOs and then, some are flashed into forgetting that they ever had been abducted, if they are lucky enough to get to return back home.
