Update: I am ovewhelmed by the number of comments on this image since it was featured as the POTD April 2010, and I can't thank those who took the time to comment on it, and view my other images enough! Thank you to Fred (Assistantchief84)for his comment: "This is one of the most beautiful images I've seen in any challenge!" This is high praise coming from a fellow Webshots member who enters incredible images week after week in the Creative Challenges. Fred has an wonderful eye for capturing the perfect moment in his images, and I'd like to dedicate my Shuswap Barn sepia image to my talented friend Fred in appreciation of his kind words and his never waivering support to us photogs here on Webshots. Congrats on a well deserved POTD. I don't comment on a lot of POTD photos since the security measures, but I was already clicking on this one to comment when I saw who it was. I love the sepia treatment. Composition and contrast are great. I went back to the challenge to see the winners and you should have won. I was wondering why I had not remembered it. This was prior to my entering the CC.
