Album Info:
I was surprised to find that the bleeding heart stayed red on the tip until it was mature. They look like they could drip blood.

That is gorgeous and I don't think I ever noticed that before. I had a rather large clump in my garden in Georgia.

They do look like they could drip blood lol. I love how you caught the progression of their development to maturity. Very nice photo Mary Ann.

Very pretty shot, you know I had never noticed how they fold back like that to open up either. We just keep learning something new from each other all the time!! Hugs, Bonnie

This is what I call a supershot!! It is so clear. Now don't put me away for this, but, I think these look like old-fashioned school marms. You only need a face painted and a bow at the neck. Oh, well, I have always seen things where they're not. LOL Of course the ones that are not mature look like they are bleeding hearts. Extremely interesting choice!!
