1882 Sissi in bustle and jewels by Hermann Nigg (location unknown to gogm)
gogm1 > albums > Grand Ladies of the Early Victorian...
Album Info:
The bustle had not yet made its big comeback. It was still some fullness at the rear.* Her bodice is a pointed bodice typical of ladies' gowns for centuries. The cuirasse bodice of the 1870s is gone. Her hair is noticeably shorter than in the 1879 portraits.*** This may be from the For the Love of Opera Gloves sites "The Empress Elisabeth of Austria Glove Gallery."
