My little wonder is away! This is one of the most delirant water colour I did! A pity that I sold it during an exposition at a time we needed money to buy our flat! I was unable to fix a price and the buyer, a connoisseur, made it (800$) and I sold it! Here the work is outstanding: if I painted red on green with water colours, it should have made a dark ugly brown; So I painted first the green fields making thousands little reserves to keep the white paper immaculate for all popies; Then when dry, I painted on these tiny white surfaces the red popies now as fresh as true ones.
