Looks like an uplinks truck. I used to provide teleco Communications for all the uplinks trucks at Kennedy Space center for all the shuttle launches(prior to new technology) . I was out there at the press site with all the photographers and news media. Met a lot of people there from Walter Cronkite to all the major news meedia national broadcasters. Plus a lot of stars from John Denver, Steven Speilberg, Jimmy Buffet to Robert Redford. They had some cameras out there. Tripods to hold the lenses and hang the camera on the lense type setups. I nevr took a camera out there Why Why Why?
