The skirt is still not expanded and there is no point to the bodice, but the waistline is at natural position. She wears leg-o-mutton ("gigot" in French) expanded sleeves, a characteristic that persisted into the 1830s and reappeared in modified form in the 1850s - 1860s. Dresses like this required wearing a corset.
