December techniques were "pop-ups" and "metal". Due to holiday activities, I combined both techniques into one spread. The dancer is an unequal parallel fold pop-up with an aluminum foil background. Vintage black hat netting with velvet dots was adhered over the foil. The "Life is..." quote is from George Bernard Shaw. The word LIFE was formed from punch-out letters on a background of foil dyed with alcohol inks.
