Mr. Brasuell, I wanted to let you know this photo is of my grandfather and his brothers cattle drive. They were the Irwin Brothers and originated from Lavaca County Texas. My grandfather Sidney (on the white horse) was the youngest and went up the trail at age 14 to the Sandhills of Nebraska where the brothers had a lot to do with the history of this area. I didn't know if you were aware of the origin of the drovers. The first time I saw this picture was in a book and it was also in the Kansas history books in school. When our youngest daughter showed it to us it was my mother who told us the history of it. I have this on my computer and enjoy it very much. I down loaded it many years ago. God Bless, Cile Beer
