I primed the page with gesso, which I had never used before; it gave it a lot of texture. I painted it with pthalo blue acrylic, then sponged it with silver. The moonbeams were masked off with tape then sponged with white pearl paint, the buttons were stuck on with DM. I wrote the words with a felt tip pen. The face was torn from a photocopied piece of clip art, and the ribbon was stuck over her face with DM underneath the stars.
