This is an oil done on an 18"x24" stretched canvas. After my mother passed away, my younger brother had a dream about her and this is how he described it to me. He said when the golden mantel (or necklace) was hooked in the back it glowed brightly and that made my mother smiled. It sounded like a great dream, wish I could have experienced it too.
