  • MOMA does not forbid taking photos as long as you dont use flash. Most of public financed Museums in America allow you to take photos in Museums. As you can see, many people in these pictures are taking photographs of art-work. This is different from Museums in Italy and UK where photography is not allowed as they want to milk the museum art to the last drop by selling you art based commercial stuff in every shape and form. Even Russia allows you to take photos.
