I bought a Black Lab puppy for the kids two Christmases ago, I'd just come out of hospital after a major scare with cancer, I'd herd about a pup at the pet shop and got a friend to help me get it, my daughter thought I was going to die, the puppy took everyones minds of it and Lady has now become a great companion, you will see her crop up in a lot of albums. enjoy your puppy, there love and loyalty are unquestionable. I'm looking forward to watching a puppy grow through your photographs. My advice, take photos every 2-3 days while very young then every week and every month after. They almost change daily when they're puppies and keep changing even up to a year old. You won't notice until you look back at your pictures. I wish I had taken more photos of my Retriever when she was young, but I was still using film when we got her. We had to say good-bye to our Collie this past Thursday, he was part of our family for 13 years. Congrats on your new family member.
