Dear Craig, Happy new year to you and your family. I hope your friend keep all this amazing glass somewhere safe there are certainly some unusual pieces there. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and I wish you all the best for 2008. Take care now, Jill

Wonderfull & imaginative glass Craig, both in shape & colour. I have not heard of this before, no doubt it will be on the antiques road show one day! We still have a bit of glass making round here mainly on a craft basis for the tourism industry but the big Wedgewood factory closed some years ago. We have a big pit nearby that sends out train loads of the special sand for glass making. Many thanks for your kind words on my Barn Owls album, there are a lot round here. Norfolk is known for them, I met one guy (pro) at my favorite spot who did 160+ miles each way twice in a week just to photo our Barn Owls. Think it must be a bad year for field voles as they are flying so much in the daytime. Take care. Eric
