Rob of Mineapolis is a scholar and a gentleman. In the One Photo a Day Challenge created by WS member Paul Ewing the only rule is if ever a competitor can not take and put up a photo on any given day then he/she must put up a black picture in its place. Rob has done his honorable duty. He is a noble competitor. I, King Paul, Regent of the One Photo a Day Kingdom, hereby dub Rob as Knight of the Night! And besides, all you viewers out there, when you look at the entire album page, don't these black spaces add chiaroscuro interest? Other competitors note well, Rob comes from Minneapolis, the city with the highest rate of volunteerism in the U.S. Naturally, he would have to be a good guy. Rob, that's even more challenging... I have no chance to take new photos on a daily basis with the hot and humid weather that we have. It's better to stay at home... I enjoyed watching the first week's results and will check again in the future. Wishing you a wonderful weekend, Yair.

Fun album, Rob. And thank you too for your pleasant comment on my Summer Solstice Countdown album. I'm very appreciative of your comment! I want to also mention that I happened to find a seldom visited webshots site with some really pretty sunsets and sunrises. They were taken by a guy who is a cook on a tugboat ("brucethecook" ) and he gets some incredible sunrise photos on his journeys. Turns out he only lives about 50 miles from me.
