My dear Leslie. Congratulations on half a million views (again). Brilliant idea to delete some old albums, and substitue others. BTW, I've just purchased a new DVD from Dr. Lam's series. It's called Tai Chi for back pain, and it incorporates so many really excellent ideas from the other DVDs I've got - I wonder why I need all those others! But the big plus is that it has so many exercises to suit those who must exercise sitting down, be they wheelchair bound, wobbly on their feet, too ill to stand for any length of time, or just unable to function well standing. I've watched it right through, and now I'm going to try learning the forms it teaches! Wish me luck, my dear.PS: of course, I'll stay with Tai Chi for Arthritis, as well. At the moment I'm still way down in spirit, so thank God for WS, and the beautiful people and photos! hugs. Margaret.
