Hi Evening Rain, I've just been reading about your problems with accusations and am very sorry for your troubles. I hope all has been resolved. Your work is beautiful. Thank you for visiting my Rendezvous! album and for your comments. Oddly, since I have so many of those photos posted, I've never been to a Rendezvous and feel the same way you do although I'm not Native American. The photos in my album were taken by my husband and his cousin; I did the restorations and paintings of them and posted them with the consent of both. They both have the utmost respect for the Native cultures and beliefs and we're all sympathetic to NA causes, my own being the unlawful incarceration of Leonard Peltier. I've done a little reading over the years, of the culture and traditions but also of the treatment of all the tribes, which I find despicable. And sadly it continues even today. I wish for your people, for all people, the peace and respect they deserve.
