  • Dave, I really enjoyed this album. This is the mark of the true photographer. The ability to see the unusual in the ordinary. To see beyond a typical street scene to see a repeating pattern or a splash of color. Instead of hunting for the next grand landscape or to-die-for sunset in the desert I should remember the excellent pictures you've taken of a store window! Regards, Ira

  • I love that you zero in on patterns, shapes, colours, textures. Too often we go through life not really seeing the beauty around us. We are too busy, too tired, taking things so much for granted. When my daughter was small I learned to see things through her eyes, a leaf, a patch of sun, a squirrel, a cloud. We all need that childlike curiosity. You have made an album that is a joy to see.
