Yeah...and what format? What size? Mpeg4? QuickTime (.mov)? Avi? Will the movies be re-compressed? To what? Flash video? If I make Flash videos myself - what size and bandwidth is best for Webshots? Do they get re-compressed even if they are the right size and bandwidth? Qustions...questions...

It's probably the quality of the puter I'm using at the moment, but I couldn't see or hear the instructions clearly enough to figure out what's going on. I have a few short clips that I'd *love* to be able to share with a couple dozen friends. How about a FAQ page with simple diagrams?
