This collection of giant mask sculptures is part of the 10th International Street Theater Festival in Bat-Yam, Israel. The mask sculptures were created by distinguished artists, designers and actors.

Fascinating Yair! Thank you for collecting each one, a portrait of immense intrigue and fascination. It is interesting to see how unique and creative each one is realised. Some are quite beautiful! Thanks for the info. 1.5 meters or just under five feet... that is even larger than I thought. I did check the backgrounds for size reference, but still wasn't sure, because of the distance of some of the other objects. I LOVE your palm mask (#33) composition... just to name one. Leila tov.

I'd seen a promo on TV and wanted to view more, but had little desire to travel to any area even more hot and humid than the mountains have been. And now I don't have to! Your photos are beautiful. They would make a great collage project... showing 90 facets of life, from the mundane to the very intricate, coming together to form one big mask poster. A kaleidoscope of human moods, emotions and thoughts, not hidden behind but displayed right on the masks... Very cool. What a yofie day this is turning out to be. I hope for you as well. Shavua tov. It's very difficult to tell the size of them though, as there's nothing close by to give a sense of perspective other than the palm trees in the distance. How tall are they? Hello Yair..Judging by the other comments you have here, I would say this album is a real WINNER. I never cease to be amazed by the fantastic artistry of your countrymen and women. My most favourite mask is #87 because I LOVE butterflies however, they are all completely unique and wonderfully colourful. This album should definitely be featured. Hello Yair,This is a very lovely and rare Album.I have been looking long at every one of them.The artist have al made somthing unique of the mask,but there where a some I liked more than the others.Nr.2,12,31,41 and at nr 37 I had a smile on my face,nr46 I thought was good and nr 59 I thought was great.I am looking at them through my own artistic eyes of course.I have enjoyed this album very,very much .I'm now wondering what contance your next album wil have.You amaze me every time.You have a lot of good ideees every time.Can't wait. Hi Yair, Glimpse to the sea is another wonderful album, the idea to shot these sculptures like masks gazing at the see or at you revealing their feeling and imprison of surprises or fear…I like this album…it is a celebration of colored sculptures like followers in a garden…and the meaning for every piece is deferent depend on its own vision. Hello Yair, Well, what can I say ... you have created another very interesting album, each photo is a lesson of photo-graphical perfection. Some of the masks depicted the trauma of the troubled times there. Some showed beautiful artistry, some ... well .... (Sorry, to your country's artists) .... But, I think I could have done just as well if not better. (and I'm no artist). I loved the background of the sea with the people out there enjoying themselves ... it is very good to see that.
