Dear Barbara! I love these albums of "paintings" of the photographs from WS members. It looks like so much fun--I'd love to try it, but then I stay stuck in the old rut of just taking photos and more photos. I've tried to add some effects to them and since I have no artistic talent, I shake my head and forget it. Some day when I'm feeling "my oats", I think I'll just "go wild!" LOL I'm still laughing this morning from your g/b message in my 3PAW about what I said in Walter's album about "the house was not insulted back then." Your "sparkels" could definitely go unnoticed, but how does one insult a house? I went back and corrected it for Walter, but I'm sure he probably chuckled and understood also. My brain is getting old, Barbara, but what is your excuse? LOL Just kidding! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family. My kids are starting to arrive today, so I may be misspelling more words this week. How do you spell "misspelling"? Is that with one "s" or two "s's"? Hello Barbara, How are you ? Have enjoyed looking at this album with artistic effects.Some of them where very good.I also have the Paintshop pro programme and is fun workin with it. The cone flower we call Rudbeckia here and nice that they grow in the wild where you live.We can only buy them garden-center.But we have other wild flowers here in Holland. Thank you for your kind words about my paintings. For all my paintings before 2005 August, I use acrylic and after that, I use oil. This album is so beautiful that I am unable to come up with anything other words than "wow !!". I play with Photoshop long time ago, and did not like digital art because it did not give the result that I expected. Your album let me think that I should try again with new tools. Would you tell me is Virtual Painter in PaintShop Pro is easy to use ? Is it a creative process or you just let the software do the job for you ? Any tips ? You have such artistic eyes, I really enjoy your albums, especially the ones that treated with Virtual Painter. Please do more of that, I will come back to visit your site again soon.
