Hello Judy, thanks for your detailed answer and for the recipe of Pomegranate Cookies. I am not sure what ' cream of tartar' is, so I still didn't try it. They look definitely very tasty! Yes I am resting. I have a week free from work (only one emergency shift in the middle of the week.) Now I try to answer all the messages I got in the last two weeks.. Yes, the years of experience . . . .make us learn not to run away, but most people get confused and run I see that at work every day when people have the feeling their world is crashing. Judy - thanks - you had so many questions I needed time to go through all of them - but, first, this album is truly a work of art unto itself. You took some very recognizable images and pulled them into another demension of artform. By the time I got to the end, I hadn't realized there were over 100 - it was just that wonderful. OK. Now for the questions. I have several PCs and MACs (Apple computers) that I work on - I prefer MACs and PictureSync is a real gem to upload with - I downloaded it from Webshots - The gentleman that you refered to that I had so many captures of in the SUMMERVILLE album was because of his expression, character of his face, his costume, of course, but there was a definite connection between him and the time of which he represented. It was like a conversation with the past. And finally, I did notce the mosquitoes meter at the ranger station. I am so glad that I was there in March when the population was either resting or just waiting for warmer weather. Needless to say, I thank you for the hour long visit - I had to dash for another road trip - we went to point reyes, ca and to Samuel P. Taylor State Park.

Dear Judy, Well I'm glad you treated yourself and I can see with artistic ways you will have an awful lot of fun with photoshop. I only know a fraction of what the programme is capable of so far and haven't reall played with the effects too much at all. What an outstanding album. As usual, I dropped in near the end and stumbled around awhile. I wondered if I could have overlooked this on other visits, so looked at the comments. Then decided to play it through from the beginning. GREAT all through. I was initially struck by the effect a well coordinated frame can have. I don't think I can develop a sense of color as you have. I think my favorite is the framing of The Gates are Closing, the Toad Lily, Our Flag, and any of the excellent photos by Paul Fernandez. I'll be back for more lessons on color coordinating.
