Heading down the Great Southern Railway [ G.S.R.]. It is a normal photograph. It most probally gets the affect through the movement of the track. Which is by the way only 3'6" wide.

Good morning, Charlotte: This is my first time at your site & I am enjoying myself so much in many of your albums. I LOVE lilacs & was hoping I could find the orig. photo of the lilacs to download (if not I'll do the light switch cover). After reading your profile, I realized we have a lot in common. I love reading, photography, have been learning to knit & crochet, crafts, and am old enough to have grandchildren but don't. After looking at some of your pictures, I see you love clouds as much as I do (I don't always have the great vistas you were taking so tend to look for shapes as well in them). I believe my bcharpen and bcharpen1 thru 6 sites probably have clouds in each one. I was trying to figure out where home was (NM or TX or ?? but wasn't able to). And I wanted to compliment you on the pencil drawings (assume they are yours). What a multi-talented artist you are. Thank you for sharing all your great photos with us. Nancy

Hello Charlotte and I really want to thank you for your very kind words in my Chittering Valley album yesterday, We were there five weeks previously and everywhere was just all brown and dried up - the difference a couple of good rains make eh? And that would be the same with you I know. Since that rain we have been up in the mid 20'sC (say around 75/77F) for over a week and will be the same into next week, which is the start of our winter, so are hoping to do another country day trip somewhere while it's nice and warm. Did I tell you Betty broke her wrist a few weeks ago (linedancing!!) so I am in complete charge!! Makes a change but she must be feeling better because she has started getting under my feet in the kitchen and laundry! No peace! Bye for now, love and hugs, Peter

Now I wonder if your American templates will fit our Aussie switches? Knowing how you like to be different over there I have my doubts (!) but i guess there's only one way to find out. Watch this space for a progress report!! LOL Peter

Hi. I just came across your Lightswitch Cover album. They are really neat. I see in other notations in this guestbook that you have instructions on how to use them, but I did nto see those instructions. Can you email them to me. I'm at klw@socal.rr.com - also please visit my albums. I change them regularly and right now I have Thanksgiving and Christmas stationery for Outlook. Kay

Thanks for the great ideas. I really like the ideas for the switch covers. They are a cute, inexpensive way to create a one-of-a-kind decoration.

Charlotte...I just discovered this album of yours!! Wow, it is magnificent. I think I took almost everything you have in here. What a nice thing to make these and let us take them. And, you included the templates and instructions..wow, you are so talented..they are really beautiful and I love these. We received one switchplate that was hand painted as a gift and we love it, but to get more, is a small fortune..what a marvellous alternative. And, you can change them as much as you like, and give them as gift. Oh this is great!!! Thank you for signing my guestbook also. Your comments are really appreciated. hugs, Barbara

Hi..What a neat idea.. I have used wallpaper but not pictures. I have lots of old light switches and now the grandkids can stay busy. Congratulations on your featured album..I was reared on a farm and know what a hedge row is ! Had to help clean them sometimes...Blessings from Edna and her bulldogs in Ga.
