    • Hi Yair - I can see you experiment with sepia a bit now - #10 is very good - a bit nostalgic and full (as usually) of interesting light. Thank you for the invitation. Enjoy your weekend. Tami:)

    • Hello Yair, thank you for the invitation to your new albums. I always like to visit the B&W albums of others because I haven't yet ventured into that area. Well, let's say I don't keep the pics that I take in b&w. To capture the depth of field is hard for me but you have done a marvelous job! The contrasts resulting from these shots of architecture are wonderful. Hope you add to this soon!! I'll check back to see. Jeanie

    • Hi Yair, This is a great experiment of taking pictures in b&w. I love the architcture, you could try to take the objects from an other angel and see what the result is, it could make the photo very abstract. The shadows of the trees are also very good. Well done! Greetings from Holland.....Juana

    • Dear Yair - I am absolutely under the impression of those pictures here - for the first: your series of the sculpture pictures has very interesting light and great composition...but - the picture of the cat and trees with the shadows are my favourite here because of the subtle game of lights and shadows....I am also glad to inform you that the tulips are yours;) - together with your comment - you see - it's not important if the quote is especially sophisticated - the thought you have is somethig special for me!...Many friendly greetings from grateful Tami:)

    • Yair - I am honored that you visited one of my albums and added to my guest book. Thank you! And thank you for giving me a glimpse into your home country and your world travels! I love these black and whites, and the Jerusalem Botanical Gardens pictures are exquisite. I loved the Igasu Falls pictures, the alpaca, and the old back street in Tel Aviv with so many homes sprouting satellite dishes. Very nice contrast of old and new. I downloaded several shots from each of your albums, and each time they pop up on my Webshots screensaver I will think of you,and it will remind me to check for new images from you! From a delighted viewer in Washington State, USA.

    • Very nice and good experiments, Yair! For my feeling some pictures could be even more contrasty! Make an attempt in Photoshop by turning them into a strong b&w! In this way they become more abstract and perhaps nearly dramatic! Klaus
