When I began looking at your featured album, I knew straightway that I would, then, have to look at ALL your albums, which I have now done. As an artist myself, I like to frame photographs with my eye that are artworks already, and so I especially enjoy when I find another that does this, and does it so well as you do. I'm in Pittsburgh and have only gotten to Europe once, but part of that was to some of the sites of your photos..Annecy, Lake Leman, etc. I was thinking how in your phrase describing a park you say you are used to walking there and it brings to mind so clearly how each of us has our own area of the world that leaves its imprint on us and us on it by our often walking there. I find of late I like to write more than paint and as I go through Webshots I find certain pictures that are not only well-done art, but actual stories. Such are your blue shutters with the vines. I feel a short work of some sort rising up even now, wanting to be set down. Thank you for that and for the pleasure all of your albums has brought to me this cold, snowy day in Pennsylvania.
