Hi Els. I know that Christmas has passed and is over for another year, but I just had to comment on this album. It has been presented so beautifully and you have filled it with so many goodies that my mouth is watering to taste them. It has reminded me just how hungry I am, lol. I also called to thank you for your kind visit and note which you left in my Christmas feature. Hello Els, it has been a while since I visited your beautiful site. This album looks so delicious I shouldn't even look at it, but a look does not have calories, so I had a look at all those tempting high calorie beauties. Your pictures are absolutely delicious! I a so happy you liked my Holiday album. :-) Meanwhile we had some more Holidays, like you too. In the lightless time the holidays in all cultures are full of light, like your Christmas and our Hanukkah. This time they even happened to be at the same time. We light 8 candles, each day one more to remember a jug of oil for the eternal light in the temple that was could have been enough for only one day, but in the end it was enough for 8 days, till there was brought more oil. The 9th candle is used to light the other candles. It made me smile that you like my car. No it sure is not Herbie, I sure would like it very much if it WAS Herbie! Imagine that! Dear Els, Well this is the first Cristmas album I have viewed and I could almost feel the calories going on already viewing all those christmas chocolates and sweets Some really lovely Christmassy pictures which remind me that I really should start getting busy soon to get organised. Thank you so much for your lovely GB entry in my Ben Nevis album Getting to the summit had been an ambition of mine this year and I can't tell you how happy I was. Having climbed hills yourself I know you will understand the sense of achievment you feel. I would be lost without my trekking poles these days as they really help your knees especially on long descents. The Waterfall I refered to is in another album of mine called "Glen Nevis and the lower Falls" I think the waterfall is in pictures 16 and 22. Hoi Els, Leuk idee, dit album, vooral de eetbarte waar ziet eruit om in te bijten. Ik heb dit jaar Oud en Nieuw op La Palma doorgebracht, dus helaas zijn die heerlijk oliebollen mij ontgaan, maar ik heb visueel van de heerlijkheden genoten en ook van de versieringen.
