  • I have now made my Equine Fantasy Art album private. I will be using my art at my CafePress store in the future. Someone used one of my unicorns with my name on it to link to inappropriate content. I'm sorry I can't risk that happening again. Thankyou all for your compliments & encouragement. I will leave this album up for now.

  • It looks like a kid wrote that message that said they don't like your pics jmerrel. They didn't even spell COPYRIGHT correctly. I wouldn't worry about what one person with a social disfunction has to say. You find that these types of bitter people on every site you go on. Usually they are very unhappy in life, and take out their hostility on people online, because they're afraid to confront anyone in person. I would kill to be as talented as you are sweetie. You just keep up with your art, and don't let such talent go to waste.

  • I absolutely adore your unicorn pictures. I have no desire to steal your designs or accuse you of getting them from somewhere else. I believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and likely whoever accused you of stealing pictures, is simply jealous due to their own inability to draw so well.   • How absolutely beautiful!! I'm a 40 yr old mum & granma but I just so love The Unicorn. Many of my friends and family are suprised at my little secret. My little obsession is kept quietly in my bedroom, hubby is amused but doesn't mind them. I think I was first hooked when I heard the Unicorn Song (don't know the title) that ends with '... don't you forget those unicorns...' Anyway the song goes on to say they missed the Ark because the where busy frolicking in the woods. I agree with robinbeau, well put. When I read the un-named message, I see and hear the words of ...jealousy!!! So jmerrel just consider it a 'jab in the bum' from the horn of an attention & skill deprived unicorn. Keep up the beatiful work, they just make my heart flatter. Cheers Liz

  • I thoroughly enjoyed your unique and original artwork... please do not let one critic (who as yousaid wasn't brave enough to put their name down!) ever tarnish or diminish the great joy you recieve and give to others with your creativiness.... I was always told that there is nothing new under the sun... we all have either thought of something or heard it or dreamed it... it is only the special few who bring it out into the open to share with us all. Thank you for being one of the few to do this.

  • I made my unicorn album available again but the pics are not to be put in any other albums or websites. Only used on your personal private desktop. My signatures are not to be removed. My art and photography is not to be used on other websites in RPGs or in any other albums. As stated below by the accuser (who was not brave enough to leave a real name or means of contact) it is not that great any way and there is better stuff available in other places.

  • I swear to you I painted all of these from my own head before I ever saw a computer, heard of the internet or the web or saw any of the other unicorn posters on that are on the net now. I am 44 and painted most of these while in college or highschool or shortly after marrying-all before 1985 and can prove it. The unicorn with the moon was painted in 1980 or 81 out of my own head before I ever saw any similar painting. The Pegasus from which the glass Pegasuses were done was done by commission for my step dad who owns a small advertising agency. he commisioned me to do it for a horse magazine and it's the only thing I ever had published. Some people have stolen these and put them up on other websites and even in other albums without giving me credit so I took the original full size versions down. If you don't believe me send me an email at narnian2000@yahoo.com and I can prove it. The Burglar of the Zodiac was inspired by a poem I read. I never claimed to be a professional. I Know I have a long way to go as an artist but that does not mean I stole any of these. I have many witnesses to the contrary who know I painted them. If I do put up something I copied from a photo I would say so. Its OK if you don't like them, but do not accuse me of stealing them- I did not. Some of these paintings are still hanging on relatives and friends walls. Others were sold years ago at art shows. The pencil unicorn was done for a boy who loved fantasy and dungeons and dragons- he requested the snake with the unicorn. I drew it at his kitchen table and my husband photographed it before we gave it to him.

  • I do not like these pics. You can keep your copywrite. It looks like you have taken pictures from other websites and called them your own and then try to copywrite them.
